Type KYIN28A-12 Indoor AC High-Voltage Metal-Clad Drawout Switchgear is suitable for indoor assembled power distribution scenarios with three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 12 kV, and operating current up to 4000A. It can receive and distribute electrical energy in places such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, implement control, protection and monitoring of circuits, and also meet the needs of frequent operations.

Product Features

This equipment has multiple advantages: it is equipped with a safe and reliable “five-prevention” interlocking device, which can prevent five types of electrical misoperations; it can flexibly select and configure various vacuum circuit breakers such as ZN63A (VS1) and VD4, as well as V07 vacuum contactor load switches, disconnectors, etc.; the handcart is divided into circuit breaker handcart, voltage transformer handcart, etc. according to purposes, and the handcarts for the same purpose have good interchangeability; heaters can be added to the circuit breaker compartment and cable compartment to avoid condensation and corrosion; the enclosure protection level reaches IP4X, and the protection level is IP2X when the compartment or circuit breaker compartment door is open.

Product Structure

The equipment consists of two parts: the cabinet body and the withdrawable handcart. The cabinet body is made of aluminum-zinc coated steel plate, and is divided into a circuit breaker compartment (handcart compartment), a main busbar compartment, a cable compartment and a relay instrument compartment by metal partitions; all metal structures are reliably grounded, and the main busbar compartment and the circuit breaker compartment are equipped with independent pressure release channels.
