As an important industrial agglomeration carrier in the region, Jakarta Eastern Industrial Park gathers a variety of manufacturing enterprises, which puts forward high requirements for the stability and continuity of the power supply system. The park needs 24-hour uninterrupted power supply to meet the continuous production needs of enterprises, and the load types of each enterprise are complex, which poses a severe test to the load-bearing capacity of transformers. In addition, Indonesia is located in a tropical rainforest climate zone, with high temperature, high humidity and frequent thunderstorms all year round. This requires the transformers to have excellent moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and lightning protection performance. At the same time, the equipment must fully comply with local environmental protection standards and relevant norms to ensure compliance with local industrial operation requirements.

Combined with the actual needs of the park and the local environment, the project put forward clear and strict core requirements for transformers: first, it must have 120% long-term overload capacity to adapt to the complex load changes and long-term continuous operation needs of the industrial park; second, it must be equipped with complete moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and lightning protection functions to cope with the harsh tropical rainforest climate; third, it must maintain high voltage stability to ensure the normal operation of precision production equipment of enterprises; finally, all products must comply with Indonesian SNI standards and local environmental norms to achieve legal and compliant operation.

Aiming at the core needs and challenges of the project, Huayu Transformer formulated a targeted customized solution. We customized SZ11 series on-load tap-changing oil-immersed transformers and SCBH19 amorphous alloy transformers according to the load characteristics of the industrial park and local climate conditions. For the tropical rainforest climate, we optimized the product structure, added professional moisture-proof coating on the surface of the transformer, and equipped it with advanced lightning protection devices to effectively resist the impact of high humidity and thunderstorms. At the same time, we carried out special overload optimization design on the transformer to ensure that it can stably operate under 120% long-term overload condition. In terms of after-sales service, we set up a local service team to provide 24-hour on-site after-sales support, timely respond to and solve various equipment operation problems, and ensure the continuous and stable operation of the transformer.

Since the transformers were put into use, the project has achieved 12 consecutive months of zero fault operation, with a voltage stability rate of 99.9%, which fully meets the high-standard power supply needs of the industrial park and various manufacturing enterprises. Thanks to the energy-saving design of the customized transformers, the project can save 20,000 kWh of electricity every year, realizing the dual effects of energy conservation and emission reduction. The high-quality products and thoughtful services of Huayu Transformer have won unanimous praise from the park management and settled enterprises, and also laid a solid foundation for Huayu’s market expansion in Southeast Asia, further enhancing the brand influence in the regional market.
