European-Style Energy Storage, Converter and Booster Integrated Machine

The European-Style Energy Storage, Converter and Booster Integrated Machine can store green energy such as solar energy and wind energy. When necessary, the energy is inverted by the converter and then sent to the three-phase AC step-up transformer, which effectively solves the problems of instability and periodicity of wind power/photovoltaic power.

Composed of an energy storage converter (PCS), a bus bridge, a low-voltage compartment, a dry-type transformer, a high-voltage compartment, and an outer shell, the equipment features a small size and high integration. The entire production process is prefabricated in the factory, and the equipment is transported as a whole in a container. It is easy to install, saves infrastructure costs, shortens the construction period, enables fast power supply and simple maintenance, and does not require dedicated personnel on duty.

Equipped with a dry-type transformer inside, it operates stably without maintenance, is fire-resistant and flame-retardant, and meets higher fire protection requirements. The cabinet body is treated with a special process to resist corrosion, sun exposure, and sandstorms. The high-voltage part is equipped with a vacuum load switch/circuit breaker, which supports remote control and provides comprehensive protection.

The machine can operate in environments with a temperature range of -40~+45℃, an altitude of ≤4500m (customization for high altitude is required when the altitude exceeds 2000m), and an outdoor wind speed of ≤35m/s. It is suitable for scenarios with pollution levels of Grade II-IV and can withstand magnitude 8 earthquakes.
