Integrated Energy Storage Core Product

Adopting an integrated design concept, the 100kW/215kWh liquid-cooled energy storage cabinet highly integrates systems such as the battery system, BMS (Battery Management System), PCS (Power Conversion System), EMS (Energy Management System), and fire protection system. It features flexible deployment and is equipped with functions including peak shaving and valley filling, demand management, dynamic capacity expansion, and power demand response, which can meet the needs of various energy storage applications.

Multi-Dimensional Advantages Ensure High Efficiency and Reliability

The product has significant advantages in terms of safety, expansion, maintenance, and technology:

• It uses high-quality, long-life lithium iron phosphate batteries, matched with an advanced BMS. It is equipped with multi-level active early warning and protection, multiple electrical protections, and a fire-fighting and extinguishing system to ensure safety and stability.
• The highly integrated modular architecture supports deployment by unit, flexible expansion, and rapid construction, with strong scenario adaptability.
• The modular battery module design enables single-sided maintenance, and the built-in intelligent local monitoring can accurately locate faults, making operation and maintenance more convenient.
• It also has intelligent constant temperature control for batteries and a high-protection structure (suitable for outdoor use). It supports grid-connected operation, can independently adjust active/reactive power, and realize low-voltage ride-through. Additionally, it has complete fault and operation log records.

Flexibly Adapt to Multi-Scenario Application Needs

The application scenarios are flexible and diverse:

• A single energy storage cabinet can be used for grid connection.
• For grid connection of multiple cabinets, additional accessories and software need to be selected (supporting a maximum of 8 parallel units).
• Off-grid operation of a single cabinet or multiple cabinets (the output power of multiple off-grid cabinets is less than 200kW) can also be realized through selection and configuration.
• If the power grid dispatching function is required, the corresponding software version must be configured.
• If anti-reverse current and transformer power protection are needed, current transformers and electricity meters must be installed on the low-voltage side of the 400V transformer.
