Highly Integrated Energy Storage Product with Wind-Liquid Isomorphism and Flexible Adaptability
The 100kW full liquid-cooled energy storage cabinet adopts a wind-liquid isomorphic integrated design, with a flexible capacity range of 215kWh – 261kWh. It highly integrates systems such as the battery system, BMS (Battery Management System), PCS (Power Conditioning System), EMS (Energy Management System), and fire protection system. Featuring flexible deployment, it is equipped with functions including peak shaving and valley filling, demand management, dynamic capacity expansion, and power demand response, which can meet the needs of various energy storage applications.
Multi-Dimensional Advantages, Laying a Solid Foundation for Safety and Efficiency
The product boasts multiple advantages:
- Safety and Reliability: It adopts high-quality, long-life lithium iron phosphate batteries paired with an advanced BMS (Battery Management System) to achieve multi-level active early warning and protection. Multiple electrical protection mechanisms can quickly cut off faults, and a fire-fighting and extinguishing system is also deployed to ensure stability.
- Flexible Expansion: The highly integrated modular architecture supports on-demand deployment, flexible expansion and rapid construction, with strong adaptability to different scenarios.
- Easy Maintenance: The modular battery modules allow single-sided maintenance, and the built-in intelligent local monitoring can accurately locate faults, making operation and maintenance more convenient.
- Outstanding Technology: It features intelligent constant temperature control for batteries and a high-protection structure suitable for outdoor use. It supports grid-connected operation, enables independent adjustment of active/reactive power, and is equipped with the low-voltage ride-through function. In addition, it has complete fault and operation logs.
- Intelligent Full Liquid Cooling: Both the energy storage converter and the battery pack adopt liquid cooling. In an environment of 45℃, the liquid supply temperature remains stable at 18℃, maintaining a cooling capacity of 5kW and an Energy Efficiency ratio of 2.63. The maximum battery temperature is <40℃, and the temperature difference between batteries is <3K.
Diverse Scenarios, Flexibly Meeting Multiple Needs
The application scenarios are flexible and diverse:
- The basic model allows grid-connected operation of a single energy storage cabinet.
- For grid-connected operation of multiple cabinets, additional accessories and software need to be selected (supporting a maximum of 8 parallel units).
- Off-grid operation of a single or multiple cabinets (with an output power of <200kW when multiple cabinets are off-grid) can be realized through optional configuration.
- If the grid dispatching function is required, the corresponding software version must be configured.
- If anti-reverse current and transformer power protection are needed, current transformers and electricity meters must be installed on the low-voltage side of the 400V transformer.
