The multi-branch converter and booster integrated machine is specifically designed to address the issue of wasted energy consumption in new energy power generation. It can work with battery cabins to store surplus electrical energy and supplement power supply during peak grid load periods, realizing the “peak shaving and valley filling” of electricity, smoothing output power, and improving grid acceptance rate and economic benefits. The equipment integrates control and protection, PCS inversion, high-voltage, and transformer components. The control and protection section is arranged on the same side as the high-voltage section, and the transformer section is located between the POS cabin and the high-voltage section. The POS cabin can convert AC power from the grid to DC power to charge the battery cabin, and feed the electrical energy back when the grid needs power, making it an ideal supporting equipment for energy storage scenarios.

Technology and Structure Empower Stable and Efficient Operation

The equipment has multiple advantages: it features a compact structure with a small footprint, and external radiators enhance heat dissipation; it adopts new transformer technology, with a reasonable structure that ensures safety and reliability; it uses transformer oil as the high-voltage insulating medium for the 10 kV/35 kV side, significantly reducing the required safety distance; the fully sealed oil tank isolates oil from the atmosphere, improving system stability, and the finned radiator allows for convenient disassembly, assembly, and maintenance; the cabinet body undergoes a special shot blasting process, providing corrosion resistance, sun protection, and sandstorm resistance; the low-voltage side is equipped with the latest intelligent circuit breakers and molded case air switches, which have excellent breaking and protection performance; the transformer oil tank can be equipped with instruments with communication interfaces, and the load switch can be fitted with travel switches, supporting remote monitoring, operation, and maintenance.
